Solar eclipse on Portland Island

A number of us were fortunate to be at Princess Bay on Portland Island for the solar eclipse a few days ago. While I didn’t have the camera equipment to photograph the actual eclipse I did shoot some images as the eclipse hit about a 90% coverage. The whole experience was interesting with a strange colour in the bay and what I found most noticeable, a very cold period that lasted perhaps 10 minutes. One hour later and the warmth and normality was back. Very cool!
